The Marketing Leadership Program for experienced marketers with CMO potential

The Marketing Leadership Program is a collaboration between the Institute for Real Growth (IRG) and the ANA Global CMO Growth Council. The program connects participants with many of the worlds most successful CMOs and helps them increase influence and impact by driving new business growth.

This 12-week online blended learning program offers high potential Marketing leaders the insights, skills, and strategies needed to lead the future of Marketing with more Humanized Growth.

Program participants build valuable new expert, practitioner, and peer connections, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive business growth through a combination of individual work, small group collaboration, and plenary sessions.

Learning Curriculum and Experience

Leveraging the IRG Growth study, Participants will delve into the WHAT, HOW, and WHY of over-performing growth organizations, equipping them with the knowledge to develop practical personal and business growth plans. The program’s blend of facilitated and self-study sessions ensures a comprehensive and flexible learning experience.

During the program:
  • Explore what over-performing companies do differently to drive growth
  • Delve into the Da Vinci leadership profile, developed with SpencerStuart and the B-Team
  • Develop a business and personal Humanized Growth plan
  • Get 1-1 sparring session with one of the IRG100 Alumni
Upon completion:
  • A Graduation Certificate
  • Part of the IRG Alumni Community, with more than 750 senior leaders
  • Exclusive access to events and roundtables, including the IRG Cannes Summit
Key dates & duration:
  • 12 weeks program, with 50% virtual sessions and 50% self-learning
  • Starting on February 26th, 2025
  • Introduction session at the ANA Masters of Marketing in Florida on October, 21st 2024 (optional)

The ANA Growth Agenda

The CMO Growth Council was established by the ANA and Cannes Lions in June 2018 to build a roadmap for driving business growth through marketing. Led by Procter & Gamble Chief Brand Officer Marc Pritchard, the Council includes leading CMOs from top brands around the world.
