Join the IRG Community

For more than six years, the IRG100 Leadership Program has brought together the world's leading CMOs and growth leaders to strengthen marketing's role in driving enterprise growth. Today, more than 1,000 CMOs and senior leaders from 63 countries form the global IRG community, helping shape the future of marketing through Marketing2030 and the Humanized Growth movement.

The 2027 IRG100 Leadership Program is a six-month leadership journey designed for CMOs who want to increase their personal, business, and societal impact. Built on the findings of the IRG Impact Study and Marketing2030, the programme brings together leading academics, business thinkers, and experienced practitioners to help CMOs strengthen partnerships across the Board and C-suite, create greater value for all stakeholders, and lead Humanized Growth in an increasingly complex world.

Developed in collaboration with Oxford Saïd Business School and leading organisations representing Board directors and the CEO, CFO, CHRO, CSO, and CIO communities, the curriculum combines cutting-edge research, practical frameworks, peer learning, and real-world application to equip marketing leaders for the future.

Program Focus

All IRG100 participants will develop practical business and personal leadership growth strategies and receive practical advice and sparring from the IRG team, experts, and peers. The blended program includes in-person summits, collective bi-weekly Zoom sessions, individual sparring, and 24/7 access to our proprietary learning platform. Throughout the program, participants create an action plan for applying the learnings in their organizations.
