As Microsoft aims to create a less competitive and more collaborative culture, Letty elaborates on what this means to the company, a radical shift from a successful but siloed organizational structure to what she calls a “Learn It All Culture.” Microsoft inspires its employees to embrace a growth mindset, rather than hanging on to a fixed mindset. In doing so, the company bases peoples’ bonuses on what they do for their growth, how they contribute to the success of others, and how they leverage the work of others.
