Next to being named the ‘African Marketing Leader of the Year 2021’, Andisa Ntsubane was also named IRGs Humanizing Growth Champion of the year by his peers from the IRG100 program. Ntsubane’s work was recognized by the industry for good reason. With the onset of Covid-19, he took the lead in humanizing the growth of one of Africa’s largest insurance companies: Old Mutual. Almost overnight, the company launched a vaccination program in four countries, building a strong business case resulting in value-creation for all stakeholders.
