The program offers invaluable benchmarking, growth insights, and best practices to develop a roadmap for more humanized growth for your business. The blended program includes in-person summits, collective Zoom sessions, individual sparring, and 24/7 access to our proprietary learning platform.

Using the IRG Growth Study research as a framework and with the help of IRG Faculty, Industry Experts and peer-to-peer sparring, you will learn the WHY, WHAT and HOW of driving more Humanized Growth.
