How do I connect to the wifi?

Can I see who else is attending the summit?
- Click on the participants’ icon to see the full list, and don’t forget to join the IRG Cannes Summit whats app group to interact with your peers.
What is the dress code for the weekend?
- Comfort & casual, but don’t forget a party outfit for Sunday evening
Where do I go if I have questions about my room?
- For any questions about your room, please reach out to Sebas Graber at +31 6 37168025, or visit the welcome desk upon arrival, where our team will be happy to assist you.
Is Food & Beverage included in my weekend ticket?
- Yes. During the Summit, breakfast, lunch & dinner are included. Any additional orders outside of these meals are at your own expense.
I arrive early, what is there to do?
- Saint Paul de Vence is a short taxi ride away and certainly worth a visit. Known for its modern & contemporary art and as a haven for artists like Pablo Picasso, there is no better place to inspire creativity and learning for our summit. ** Please be sure to book a taxi for the day as Uber is not available here and taxi’s are hard to come by.
How do I get around outside the hotel?
- You can visit the nearby towns with the bus which departs right outside of the hotel, or by pre-booked taxi’s. Please always book a return taxi trip, as taxi’s are not easy to come by
Does the Marketing2030 Leadership Lab take place at two locations?
- Yes. The main program takes place at the hotel La Vague de Saint-Paul de Vence. On Sunday afternoon, we move to the IRG Campus at Evancy, Les Jardins d’Azur Evancy, for the afternoon sessions and the evening dinner — just a 5-minute drive away. Transfers between the two locations will be arranged for you.
What happens to my luggage on Monday?
- The IRG will transport your luggage from the IRG Campus to the location near the Closing Ceremony (Hotel Martinez, Cannes). You can collect your bags after the closing ceremony.
Are there any community events during the week of the Cannes Lions
- IRG Community Members are invited to partner & alumni events.
Are there any dietary options for the food?
- Yes. There will always be a vegetarian & vegan option for all meals. For any other dietary restrictions, please inform Sebas or Lisette.
Where do I check-in for the event?
- Upon arrival, please report to the reception, where a member of the team will welcome you. Please remember, you are welcome to check-in after 9 AM on Friday 19 June, however, we do not guarantee that a room will be immediately ready.
How do I get from the airport to the event locations?
- Several ground transport options are available from the airport. For a seamless, pre-booked transfer, we recommend Blacklane — click here to book directly. Alternatively, Uber and local airport taxis are readily available upon arrival.

How do I know which sessions I am registered to attend?
- As a Marketing Leadership Lab participant, you are welcome to join every session of the MLL program, running from Saturday at 3 PM through Sunday at 9 PM. If you have registered for any of the optional sessions on Saturday or Monday morning, you are welcome to join those as well.

How do I get to Cannes after the session?
- On Monday, 22 June, after lunch, we will leave from the Evancy IRG Campus and move to Cannes. There are two transfer options from La Vague to Evancy, one leaving at 9.45 am and the second at 11.30 am. The drive from Evancy to Cannes takes around one hour, and the IRG will provide transport for you. The IRG will also transport your luggage and look after it nearby so you can easily collect it after the closing ceremony.
