FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I connect to the wifi?
- Click on the Evancy network, and create a login & password. WIFI is free and once connected it will remain logged in for the duration of your stay. You can connect with multiple devices
Can I see who else is attending the summit?
- Click on the participants’ icon to see the full list, and don’t forget to join the IRG Cannes Summit whats app group to interact with your peers. See Aljan de Boer for more info.
What is the dress code for the weekend?
- Comfort & casual, but don’t forget a party outfit for Sunday evening
Where do I go if I have questions about my room?
- Head to the welcome desk where the Evancy team will be able to assist you.
Is Food & Beverage included in my weekend ticket?
- Yes. During the Summit, all meals & refreshments are included.
  Breakfast, lunch & dinner are served by the pool. Outside of the meal times, you can head to the Pool House to find a light bite. There is no catering on non-summit days (Summit days are Friday-Monday)
I arrive early, what is there to do?
- Saint Paul de Vence is a short taxi ride away and certainly worth a visit. Known for its modern & contemporary art and as a haven for artists like Pablo Picasso, there is no better place to inspire creativity and learning for our summit. ** Please be sure to book a taxi for the day as Uber is not available here and taxi’s are hard to come by.
How do I get around outside the hotel?
- You can visit the nearby towns with the bus which departs right outside of the hotel, or by pre-booked taxi’s. Please always book a return taxi trip, as taxi’s are not easy to come by
Does the Summit take place at two locations?
- Yes. The majority of the Summit takes place at the IRG Campus. On Monday, we will check out of the Campus and drive to the heart of Cannes for the closing ceremony. After that, you are free to meet your teams and enjoy the festival. The IRG will transfer your luggage to a secure location next to the closing ceremony location. (All luggage will be supervised at all times)
What happens to my luggage on Monday?
- The IRG will transport your luggage from the IRG Campus to the NEHO SUITES HOTEL. You can collect your bags after the Grande Finale on the WPP Beach. Full address is: 12 Rue Latour-Maubourg, 06400 Cannes, France
Are there any community events during the week of the Cannes Lions
- IRG Community Members are invited to partner & alumni events. For a full list of these, speak to Aljan de Boer.
Are there any dietary options for the food?
- Yes. There will always be a vegetarian & vegan option for all meals. For any other dietary restrictions, please inform Leanne.
Where do I check-in for the event?
- Upon arrival, please report to the reception, where a member of the team will welcome you. Please remember, you can check in anytime after 4 PM on Friday 13 June
What if I need to cancel my registration?
- After May 14 2025, all sales are final. We offer the event at cost and after this date are committed to all costs.
How do I get from the airport to the event locations?
- From the airport, you can easily request an uber or grab an airport taxi
How do I know which sessions I am registered to attend?
- If you are part of the grduating IRG100 2025 cohort, your program begins on Saturday at 9 AM. For all other community members, your program begisn on Saturday at 6 PM.

How do I get to Cannes after the session?
- On Monday16 June, after lunch, we will leave the IRG Campus and move to Cannes. The drive is around 45 minutes and the IRG will provide transport for you. The IRG will also transport your luggage and look after it nearby so you can easily collect it after te closing ceremony at the WPP Beach.
