Mariana is a firm believer in the power of business and brands to drive positive impact, and she is passionate about inspiring business leaders to drive more Humanized Growth.

With 15 years of dedicated experience, Mariana is an expert within the intersection of Brand, Marketing, and Sustainability. She has helped teams and brands across industries and geographies to unlock their potential through Brand Strategy, Purpose and Sustainability.

Mariana is the co-author of Purpose2020 – a thought leadership piece on the journey of Purpose-led growth (quoted by Forbes). Her educational background includes a degree in Marketing Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, where she graduated cum laude. Currently, Mariana is enrolled in the Business Sustainability Management course at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

She combines her extensive knowledge with real-world examples and case studies, ensuring that her presentations are both easy to understand and engaging.
