The Institute for Real Growth (IRG) is co-founded by WPP, Google, Spencer Stuart, Facebook, Kantar, LinkedIn, Mobile Marketing Association, New York University School of Professional Studies, and Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. The institute for Real Growth is a not-for-profit and independent.

IRG participants will be collaborating with non-competitive peers during three two-day residential workshops over a nine-month period - working on what it takes to drive ‘real’ sustained business growth in their own business.

Workshops will balance in-depth IRG learning with world-class case studies, expert speakers, peer-to-peer sparring, and individual growth leadership coaching.

To be considered for a place on the Real Growth class 2020 program, you are:
- CEO of a company < $1B revenue
- CMO of a company $1-5B revenue
- CMO-1 of a company > $5B revenue
